The Dominion At Your Service - Assisting Those Affected by the Calgary and Area Hail Storm on July 12, 2010
The Dominion Claims team has made the Calgary and surrounding area its top priority this week. As one of the first insurers on the scene in the aftermath of the July 12, 2010 storm, we are extremely focused on assisting our policyholders in the Calgary area by beginning to assess and facilitate required repairs. Resources from across Canada are being allocated accordingly.
For Auto Claims
The Dominion has partnered with three of our recommended repair facilities in the Calgary area. They will act as appraisal centres for drive-in inspections. These appraisal centres will open Thursday, July 15 at 2:00 p.m. The centres will be open from 8:00 a.m until 5:00 p.m, Monday to Friday. Space will be available by appointment. To make an appointment at one of these appraisal centres, please speak with your broker or your adjuster handling your claim.

What can I expect after reporting a claim?
We will assign an adjuster who will call you within 4 business hours of receiving your claim, one of the fastest contact guidelines in the industry. You can expect an efficient, knowledgeable and empathetic representative who will keep you informed and lead you through the claims process. We will promptly assess what you are owed and make your claims experience as positive as possible.
