PLEASE NOTE: The “Vendor Agreement – Collision Repair Facilities” between The Dominion and a particular collision repair shop, which incorporates by reference The Dominion’s “Recommended Vendor Program Guidelines” (for Collision Repair Facilities), is a form of agreement entered into between The Dominion and particular collision repair shops, and there is no privity of contract between The Dominion and any other person other than the particular collision repair shops, including any insured or user of this website.  Such agreements may be subject to amendment and certain of their provisions may be subject to waiver, from time to time.  The Dominion shall not be subject to any liability to any insured or any user of this website arising out of such agreements or the content of Recommended Vendor Program – Collision Repair Facilities manual or related information, and only an applicable insurance policy shall govern the relationship between The Dominion and an insured.
