For auto claims, have your vehicle taken to a recommended repair facility to get a repair estimate. See Step 4 for more information.
In the case of property claims, protect your property from further damage and cooperate with the adjuster by providing information during the claims investigation.

The adjuster may recommend a replacement or repair vendor that is best suited for your particular claim.
