Corporate Governance
The Dominion adheres to the highest standards of corporate governance. In addition to all requirements imposed by various levels of government, The Dominion has a proactive and progressive approach to such issues, working with staff, business partners and all levels of government to achieve optimal standards of compliance. Corporate governance and strong related practices are a corporate priority for The Dominion.
The Board of Directors of The Dominion is currently comprised of twelve directors. In addition, board members may participate in one or more of the following committees: Audit, Conduct Review, Human Resources and Investment. The membership composition of all committees meets relevant statutory and other standards. Committee and board membership are reviewed annually, directors are elected by the shareholder and committee members are appointed at a subsequent board meeting.
